Welcome to JM CUSTOM GRIPS LLC. By using our website (www.jmcustomgrips.com), purchasing any product, or submitting an item for custom work, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree, do not use this site or place an order.

1. Age Restriction

JM CUSTOM GRIPS LLC does not sell to or provide services for anyone under the age of 21. By using this website or placing an order, you confirm you are at least 21 years of age and legally allowed to own firearms or firearm components.

2. Firearm Sales

JM CUSTOM GRIPS LLC is a licensed firearms dealer and sells firearms in compliance with all federal, state, and local laws.

By purchasing a firearm, you agree that:

  • You are at least 21 years old.
  • You are legally permitted to own and possess firearms.
  • You will complete all necessary background checks and legal transfers through a licensed FFL dealer for firearms purchased through JM Custom Grips LLC (If you are sending in a firearm for service work, no background checks or transfers through an FFL are needed).
  • You understand firearms purchased must be shipped to an FFL and will not be delivered directly to your residence. Firearms sent in for service work will be returned back to the address on your DL/ID

      We do not sell or ship firearms to jurisdictions where such sales are prohibited. It is your responsibility to know your local laws.

3. Custom Frame Work & Modifications

By submitting a form for or purchasing our custom services, you affirm that:

  • You are the legal owner of the firearm or frame.
  • You are not prohibited from possessing firearms.
  • You assume full responsibility for the safety and legality of the modified item.

​4. No Refunds / All Sales Final

All sales are final. All services are final. JM CUSTOM GRIPS LLC does not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges under any circumstances.

By placing an order, you understand and agree that:

  • Once payment is made, it is non-refundable.
  • Custom work cannot be reversed, and parts altered cannot be returned.
  • Firearms and frames modified by JM CUSTOM GRIPS LLC are not eligible for return, even if unused.

Please ensure your order is correct before submitting it.

5. Legal Compliance

It is your responsibility to ensure that any product or modification you purchase or request is legal in your city, county, and state. JM CUSTOM GRIPS LLC reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order if we believe it may violate any law.

We comply with all ATF, state, and federal regulations.

6. Limitation of Liability

JM CUSTOM GRIPS LLC is not liable for any injuries, damages, legal consequences, or losses resulting from the use or misuse of any firearm, frame, or product sold or modified.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless JM CUSTOM GRIPS LLC, its owners, and employees from any claim arising from your purchase or use of our products or services.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, logos, text, images, and materials on this site are the exclusive property of JM CUSTOM GRIPS LLC and may not be copied, reused, or reproduced without written permission.

WHAT IS YOUR TURNAROUND TIME?

Time frame varies depending on the volume of work our shop has at your time of order. This typically fluctuates between 10-12 weeks. Please contact us for a more accurate estimate. Lead times are subject to change and is a rough estimate 

HOW DO I SHIP?

You must ship with a Fedex or UPS. DO NOT USE United States Postal Service (USPS). You can ship directly to us as we are an FFL. We ship directly back to you. All Local and Federal laws apply.

WHAT DO I INCLUDE WITH MY SHIPMENT?

1. Printed order form/email with visible order number, name and work requested
2. Readable copy of your valid driver’s license (no expired IDs will be accepted)
3. Your Unloaded pistol/slide/frame packaged securely in the box, as well as any accessories we will be customizing and/or installing

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

No refunds and all work is final.

DO YOU OFFER DISCOUNTS?

Yes. We offer 10% off services for active military and law enforcement personnel. In order to receive a discount you must send us an email with a copy of your law enforcement/military ID. Once we have verified the documents we will send you a discount code.

DO YOU WORK ON FRAMES THAT HAVE BEEN PREVIOUSLY MODIFIED

Sometimes. Please email or message us with pictures and we will let you know if your frame can be saved
